All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been processed and dispatched.

We currently offer the following shipping options:

Domestic Shipping (Within Kathmandu):

1. Standard Delivery: 1-2 business days

2. Express Delivery (select locations): within 24 hours

💰 Shipping Charges

Free Standard Shipping on orders over [NPR 2000 or amount depending on policy]

Orders below the minimum will incur a flat shipping fee of NPR 120.

🛑 Delivery Areas

We deliver across major cities and towns in Nepal. For remote areas, delivery timelines may be extended. If you're unsure whether we deliver to your location, feel free to contact us.

📦 Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS to monitor your package in real time.

❗Failed Deliveries & Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure that your delivery information is accurate at checkout. BeauteVitaNepal is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses. In case of failed delivery attempts, re-delivery charges may apply.
